Any good rural town has a local Farmers' Market, and Toontown is no different. This open air shade structure might sit vacant on an average day, but during weekends and special occasions like the Fair, area growers set up shop to sell their agricultural wares.
Since it's not a permanent setup (at least according to the story), goods are offered straight out of wagons, carts... even a pedestal tub. The Toontown Farmers' Market is the perfect place to pick up a cold drink, some fresh fruit or anything else you might need to enjoy a day at the Toon County Fair.
